Payments
We accept course payments through trusted and secure gateways including Cashfree and BHIM UPI.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your course details and schedule.
Course Enrollment Confirmation
After payment, your course slot will be allocated within 24 hours.
Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of payment to avoid delays.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We strongly advise all learners to carefully read the course details, syllabus, and eligibility before enrolling.
Once a time slot is allocated and confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- If you change your mind after purchasing a subscription or service.
- If you fail to use the service during the subscription period.
- If the issue is caused by third-party software or tools not affiliated with our platform.
How to Process the Refund?

Provide your payment receipt, order ID, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in rare cases such as:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical errors during the payment process
In such cases, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days via same instrument used at the time of the transaction.
